Grex, the West Coast Affiliate of the A. K. Rice Institute, has announced the offer of two, one-day Grex Group Relations workshops in the Los Angeles area for people who have attended a recent Group Relations Conference. These workshops are intended to deepen participants’ Group Relations thinking and to support those interested in becoming more involved in Group Relations work. Each workshop will include theoretical discussions, experiential Small Study Group events, and application discussions linking the workshop experience to key concepts of boundary, authority, role, and task , as well as to the participants’ work lives and organizations.
