Answering phones, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative staff functions for my practice is Heather Allan; her professional background includes pre-press production for an advertising agency and for a magazine publisher, nine years as the Executive Director of a medical-related nonprofit, eight years as a legislative liaison for a sister association, and for the last few years has chosen to work from home as a virtual assistant. When Heather isn’t working, the chances are you’ll find her curled up with a good book, playing with her dogs, trying a new recipe (she’s quite the foodie), or playing World of Warcraft.
